I found Mike Erdman through a search while looking for a mobiity van. I had an accident that totaled my van, so I was anxios to replace it. I had the good fortune to speak with Jason McCutcheon. He proceeded to tell me about the vehicles he had in stock. He even drove a van to Fort Lauderdale for me to view. I did end up purchasing that van. My exoerience with Mike Erdman was great. Unbelievable customer service. When my 05 Dodge mobility van broke down in a parking lot, Matthew Erdman came and picked me up in a wheelchair van, took me home and got a rollback for my Van for a ride back to Erdmans Dealership. I can’t say enough good things about Mike Erdman Mobility, especially Jason McCutcheon, the Sales Manager, and Matthew in the Service Department. Three years ago, I came to Jason out of necessity. My husband had become wheelchair-bound due to his disabilities, and I needed a vehicle that would allow me to safely and easily transport him. Jason helped me find and purchase a beautiful mobility van with a motorized ramp. That van made such a difference in our lives. It allowed me to take my husband to his many appointments and, just as importantly, to take him places we wanted to go without the stress of getting his wheelchair in and out of a vehicle. I also brought the van back for periodic service, and Matthew was always very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Sadly, my husband passed away a few months ago, and I no longer had a need for the mobility van. I went back to Jason, and once again, he was wonderful. He was compassionate, understanding, and extremely helpful in getting the van sold. I truly appreciate the way he helped me through that process, especially during such a difficult time. I hope the van is able to help another family the way it helped my husband and me. Jason and Matthew both went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed me over the years. This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had after 70 years on this planet! Our salesman Jason not only was knowledgeable and helpful, he was the opposite of a pushy salesman! He was simply delightful to deal with and literally went the extra mile. When he discovered getting my handicapped husband in to sign the final paperwork was going to be challenging, he said he would bring the vehicle to us here in Melbourne! The culture of integrity at Mike Erdman Toyota is palpable and I experienced it with every person I dealt with. Additionally after months of research on purchasing a handicap accessible van, I am certain I got a more than fair deal on my purchase and on my trade in. Well I am sure anyone out there that loves there car, or truck,etc. Will appreciate and understand where I'm coming from. My name Robert and I have used Mike Erdman Toyota once before years ago and the service manager treated me well considering its was my error in judgement that made the problem. So I am a mechanic by trade but a bad accident and old age, left me unable to preform these tasks. Thank God I remembered Mike Erdman who was so kind to me, there is a gentlemen name Khalid Lopez not only made me fill at home he was with the up most in professional curtosy, I felt at ease and he was polite and let me explain and kinda vent because I just spent alot some where else won't mentioned. Mr. Lopez assured me his top tech CHAD I apologize Chad I don't remember your last name,but ask Mr Lopez when you go in and he will help you np. Anyhow he gave my Betsey to Chad the tech and what a wonderful kind and intelligent person he was I can go on for days raving about all the great things they did.
